FEILUN SCBA valve provides life safety for those who use the air breathing apparatus.
Air breathing apparatus is a kind of self-contained open air breathing apparatus, air breathing apparatus is widely used in fire fighting, chemical industry, shipbuilding, petroleum, smelting, warehouse, laboratory, mining and other departments, for firefighters or rescue personnel in the smoke, toxic gas, steam or lack of oxygen and other environments to safely and effectively carry out fire extinguishing, rescue and disaster relief and rescue work.
The compressed air cylinder is the gas source. Air breathing valve and pressure reducing device assembly are very important accessories in air breathing apparatus, controlling the opening and closing of the air cylinder, and the depressurization and transportation of the gas in the cylinder, so that the user can breathe clean air smoothly in the harsh environment.
In order to prevent the handwheel of the valve from closing itself due to collision during use, casusing user cannot breathe air, we have set up an anti-self-locking structure for the valve, that is, a locking device after the valve is opened. This structure requires that when the valve is opened, the handwheel perimeter must be pressed down before being rotated to close it. The original valve did not have an anti-self-locking structure, but the handwheel should be rotated clock-wise at least twice to close the valve in the fully open state. In contrast, valves with locking construction are superior in terms of safety in use.
In order to let the user clearly know the remaining air content in the cylinder and arrange the use time reasonably, we have upgraded the pressure gauge to the original valve to display the residual pressure value of the air in the cylinder. Both the pressure gauge on the valve and the pressure gauge on the pressure reducer detect the remaining air pressure in the bottle.
In order to ensure the safety of rescuers wearing air breathing apparatus, the pressure reducer is equipped with an alarm device to remind the user that there is not much air left in the cylinder and should leave the current environment immediately. When the pressure pressure of the pressure gauge is 5~6MPa, the alarm on the pressure reducer will go off, the sound is greater than 90 decibels, the audible range is within 1 meter, and lasts for more than 30 seconds, so as to remind the user to leave the toxic or hypoxic environment as soon as possible.
In the fire rescue, in order to solve the problem that the rescuer and the rescued can breathe air in the hypoxic environment at the same time, we have also upgraded the pressure reducer assembly. One quick plug connector is adjusted to two quick plug connectors, which support use for both rescuers and rescued personnel.
In order to ensure the cleanliness of the air in the cylinder, we have designed the valve accordingly. First of all, each valve will be equipped with an air tube, because the cylinder is generally inverted during the use of the respirator, so that the impurities with a density greater than the air will stay around the cylinder mouth, and the air inlet of the air tube is higher than the cylinder mouth, so the air above the impurities will enter the SCBA valve through the air tube, and then flow to the hose, and the impurities will be flowed down. Secondly, the connection between the air tube and the valve is equipped with a filter, and the air inhaled by the user will be filtered, so as to ensure the cleanliness of the air flowing out through the valve.
