Feilun
Product type NO. | QF-30E2 |
PN(MPa) | 35MPa |
Output Pressure | 0.05~0.08MPa |
The valve is designed for hydrogen gas with a nominal pressure of 35 MPa.
Hydrostatic Test (Type Test): The test pressure is 105 MPa, held for 3 minutes. There shall be no cracks or deformation.
Air Tightness Test:
At the nominal working pressure, the valve shall be tested in both fully closed and any open positions. It must hold pressure for at least 1 minute without leakage.
At 0.05 MPa, the valve shall also be tested in both fully closed and any open positions, holding pressure for at least 1 minute without leakage.
Output Pressure: 0.05 to 0.08 MPa.
Relief Valve Opening Pressure: The relief valve shall open when the intermediate pressure reaches 1.1 to 1.5 MPa and shall fully close when the pressure drops below 1.1 MPa.
Before assembly, all parts must be cleaned using ultrasonic cleaning. During assembly, testing, and inspection, cleanliness must be ensured. Apply an appropriate amount of PFPE lubricant to the O-rings during assembly.
The QF-30E2 Hydrogen Pressure Regulator for Drones / UAVs is a compact and lightweight solution engineered for high-efficiency hydrogen-powered unmanned aerial systems. Designed to reduce hydrogen from storage pressures up to 30MPa, it delivers a stable and precise output pressure of 0.05–0.08MPa, ensuring reliable fuel supply for drone fuel cell systems.
This regulator is ideal for fixed-wing drones, VTOLs, and multirotor UAVs requiring extended flight endurance and consistent hydrogen flow.
