Assembly of Preset Alarm and Reducer of Respirator
Specification:
Input Pressure | ≤30MPa |
Output Pressure | 0.7±0.02MPa |
Inlet Thread | G5/8 |
Outlet Thread | Quick Connector 12 |
Alarm Pressure | 5.5±0.5MPa |
Releasing Pressure | 1~1.53MPa |
The pressure reducer assembly is a device that depressurizes the high-pressure gas in the cylinder, outputs a medium-pressure gas of about 0.8MPa, and sends it to the gas supply valve through the medium-pressure gas pipe for the user to breathe. The pressure reducer can work normally within the temperature of -40°C~+80°C. The pressure reducer assembly is composed of a pressure reducer, a handwheel, a pressure gauge, an alarm, a medium pressure air pipe, an output joint and a rescue joint.
The gas supply valve carries out secondary depressurization of medium-pressure gas according to the inhalation volume of the wearer, and the depressurized gas enters the mask for the wearer to breathe, and the turbid gas exhaled by the human body is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhalation valve on the mask, so that the gas always flows in one direction without counterflowing.
The pressure gauge makes it easy to check the residual pressure in the bottle and has a luminous display function for easy observation in low-light conditions. The pressure gauge range is 0~40MPa, equipped with rubber protective cover, with waterproof and shock absorption performance.
The respirator adopts a pneumatic alarm, when the cylinder pressure drops to (5.5±0.5) MPa, the alarm will sound a continuous alarm to remind the user to evacuate the work area as soon as possible. When the cylinder pressure drops below 1MPa, the alarm sound stops. The alarm is a front-mounted alarm that is placed on the user's chest together with the pressure gauge, so that the user can clearly hear the alarm sound, especially when multiple people are working at the same time, and can clearly distinguish whether the alarm sound is issued by his own respirator.
The respirator is equipped with a rescue connector, mounted on a pressure reducer, and the respirator is suspended from the right rear of the user when worn. Its main function is that when the user ensures that his air breathing apparatus has enough air, he can carry another pair of rescue full face masks or full face masks and air supply valves (optional) to supply air to the trapped people for rescue.
The medium pressure air pipe is a pressure-resistant rubber tube with an automatically locking push-in fitting at the end to transport air to the air supply valve.
